* 5% Discount on Repairs: Get 5% off labor and parts for any repairs needed outside of maintenance.

Premium Maintenance Plan - $250/year
Our Premium Maintenance Plans are ideal for homeowners who want added value with extra visits, enhanced discounts, and the peace of mind that comes with free diagnostic and no dispatching fees, as well as regular labor rates during emergencies, after-hours, and holidays.
* Included Services:
* Annual Service Visit: Comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and minor adjustments for your HVAC system
* Two Extra Filter Change Visits: Includes up to two additional visits per year for filter replacements, keeping your system efficient and extending its lifespan. For filters that are high-efficiency or a 4”+ filter, an added fee is applied to the agreement.
* Guaranteed Priority Scheduling: 24-hour priority service is guaranteed with service year-round, especially during high-demand periods like summer and winter.
* Manufacture Warranty Protection: Keeps your manufacturer warranty active by ensuring regular, documented maintenance.

* 10% Discount on Repairs: Enjoy a 10% discount on labor and parts for any repairs.
* 10% Discount on New Installations: Get 10% off if you purchase new HVAC systems or major replacements.
Other Benefits:
* Free Dispatching and Diagnostic Fee: No charge for dispatching and diagnosis, even during after-hours and holidays. This can save up to $398 on emergency service calls and diagnostics.
* Regular Labor Rates During Holidays or After Hours: Service calls during holidays or after hours will be billed at regular labor rates, offering cost savings compared to overtime pricing.
