We are seeking a Lead Installer with at least 2 years of experience. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, training, and leading other crew members. As our team expands, there will be opportunities to advance into the installation manager position.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with NATE and EPA standards.
- Read and interpret equipment installation manuals to execute HVAC installations accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Drive to various job sites, following all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Install furnaces and air conditioning units, including some crawlspace and attic work.
- Must have hand tools and essential power tools.
- EPA Type II Certification required.
- A driver's license is necessary, as we have a 4-wheel drive truck ready for you.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds for short durations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Must enjoy working in the mountains, as we take pride in assisting mountain communities and only equip 4-wheel drive vehicles.
- Must know how to tow a medium-sized trailer. The mobile shop is inside a 7x14 enclosed, heated, solar-powered trailer.
