Hope everyone is doing good. I wanted to update you on what we think of the heat pump that you installed in our house in Nov. It is absolutely amazing!!!!!! The house stays at a consistent temp. My dryer makes more noise than the furnace. The first full month electric bill was $4.89 higher than this time last year. The second full month was a little over $8.00 higher. That was probably due to the subzero temps for a week or more. And we just received our first propane fill since Nov. That’s 3 months between fills in the middle of winter. That’s never happened in 22 years. Our house is so much cleaner now. Dust has been reduced by at least 60%. Unbelievable!!!!! So with that being said, I want to thank you and your wonderful crew for the service we received. You are the best in our book. Thank you again and God bless all. Can't wait to see how the AC performs. I’ll bet it's going to be equally amazing.
