I am the mother of Grant, owner and operator of Grant's Heating and Air, and of course I had him put in our new Navien boiler. This boiler is high efficiency and is saving us a lot of money over our old cast-iron standard efficiency boiler. I highly recommend giving Grant a call for an honest evaluation and for professional, excellent work. Our house had a boiler and never had air conditioning, but Grant was able to install an air-conditioning air handler in my attic, which made us very comfortable. He and his crew were very friendly and respectful of our home. Grant will spend as much time as you need to learn about your install and is always there to answer your questions and service your equipment when necessary. You will not be disappointed!

Chris did a thorough check of my boiler
I was very happy with the service I received from Grant’s. Chris Holmes was the technician assigned to my job. Chris was very professional and I really appreciated how he listened to all my concerns and answered all of my many questions. Their service was very prompt and the cost was very fair. I live in the Red Feather Lakes area and they scheduled an appointment for me the day after I called them. Chris did a thorough check of my boiler heating system and performed much-needed overdue maintenance on my system. His work was done quickly and he explained everything he did (he even had pictures) after he finished. We will definitely call Grant’s again in the future if we have heating issues.
